In addition to being the past tense of bitching, this word is also a synonym for wrecked, ruined, busted or otherwise pooched. "Bitched" and "pooched" can be used interchangeably, e.g. "Cooter hasn't been able to walk properly since he bitched his knee kicking puppies." See also Profanity.
