I almost laughed myself into a coma. I almost laughed so hard my wind pipe felt like it was gonna collapse. I laughed so hard it hurt. I laughed so hard a fell out of my chair, rolled on the floor laughing, and hit my head on the door, which is quite a long way to roll. i have a headache now (from laughing, not from the head injury)...
