Bitched
In addition to being the past tense of bitching, this word is also a synonym for wrecked, ruined, busted or otherwise pooched. "Bitched" and "pooched" can be used interchangeably, e.g. "Cooter hasn't been able to walk properly since he bitched his knee kicking puppies."
