I'm unsure of the difference between partially-blown and full-blown AIDS.

A good excuse to use is: "My AIDS is flaring up". Also, people should stray from contact with gays because they can fire their AIDS bullets at you.

I've heard it so many times...but in this context...it really did make me LOL!!!! My Aids is flaring up has got to be a close second.
