Chinese Restaurant Syndrome

Chest pain and tightness, facial presssure, and burning sensation over various parts of the body after consuming a large Chinese restaurant meal -- it's the MSG (monosodium glutamate) which some people are sensitive or allergic to. Many times people have ended up in the ER because they thought they were having a heart attack. Stick to crepes or sauerkraut or Swedish meatballs, etc.
