no matter who or how comfortable, people with weight issues do not need, tolerate, or appreciate being made fun of this way. It starts harmless but the underlying stress or issues that maybe be causing greater harm. These people need support and understanding, not people befriending/nicknaming to make themselves feel better or out of humor. A joke can only be taken so far.
