There was an honest-to-God ukulele cult at my elementry school. I tried to join, bought my own spiffy ukulele and abandoned it within a week. Ukuleles are not for the faint of heart.

Unfortunately, ever since the release of Over The Rainbow on uke, everyone thinks they can play it and sound that good. Sorta like drunk people think they can sing . . .
