Just to say, i dont think it is pronounced like that. Its pronounced. Flocki-Nokie-Nihil-Ip-Ill-If-Ik-Ation. I used to study Latin, and this was a word that was told to me by my latin teacher,because all the words are latin.

it depends on whether you subscribe to italianate or germanate Latin. with germanate, "Latin is easy, but c's and g's are hard." with italianate, c's and g's are soft.
