In line with my research, after a folcerosed home is available at a sale, it is common for the borrower to still have some sort ofthat remaining unpaid debt on the bank loan. There are many creditors who try to have all rates and liens cleared by the upcoming buyer. Nevertheless, depending on specific programs, laws, and state laws there may be some loans which aren't easily resolved through the switch of lending options. Therefore, the responsibility still remains on the customer that has acquired his or her property in foreclosure. Thank you for sharing your ideas on this site.
