"Don't You Dare" Sounds Fine, but "Do Not You Dare" Sounds Wrong

In other cases, the words make sense but not in order. For example: "Don't you want some food?" means "Do you not want some food?" In this case, I can't find a way to make it work.

Based off that logic it would probably come out as a command "You do not dare."
