Exchanging Names with a Friend While the Substitute Teacher is Taking Roll
When the sub calls your friend's name, you say "Here" and vice versa. I never had the chance to do this with a sub because I never had friends in school. See also Pranks, Schools.

you could also say "absent" when the sub calls your name. bonus because you don't need friends to do it.
