as a result of a failed attempted to revive his dead mother, a deer infection spreads through the land, making the ground flesh and deer skin, the rain deer blood, and all unprotected creatures half-deer abominations. Bambi and Thumper, in special suits, roam the land, looking for survivors, resources, and the flesh abomination that is Bambi's revived mother, who is the source of the infection. only once she is dead, they can make a cure from her fluids. also, it's a musical for no reason because Disney says so.
